Here is how a typical fundraiser works...
1. One you have decided to use Aromalight Candle Co. for your fundraiser we can get you started over the phone, or via email at michelekoutras@yahoo.com
2. We ship you beautiful color sales brochures of your choice with an easy to use order form on the back free of charge.
3. The candles are usually sold by the organization for 2-3 weeks, with all money being collected at the time of sale. You get your money immediately, avoiding any over ordering or nonpayment.
4. The contact person for your group faxes or emails the master order form with total amounts sold for each item
5. Free Shipping with a minimum order of 48 items
(ship to address must be accessible by standard delivery or freight carriers)
**Rush shipping available - $ 30.00 Rush fee (per $1000.00 sold) + shipping chargesas stated above.
6. We have a minimum order of 48 items. If your order does not reach 48 items or more a $10.00 small order fee must be paid before any items will ship from our warehouse. Actual shipping charges will also be charged for any order that does not meet the minimum.
7. Please allow two to three weeks for delivery once payment is received.
